Engraving

  • Can emojis or other symbols be engraved as well?

    No. We cannot engrave any graphics, emojis or symbols such as hearts, etc. We engrave text only, including diacritical marks and standard special characters (!?@&%$€...). In other words, pretty much anything you can find or type on a standard Western keyboard.

  • Can engraved wallets be returned or exchanged?

    No, personalised products are generally excluded from returns and exchanges, as they are made specifically for you and cannot be reused.

  • Can I still change the engraving text after placing my order?

    Yes, but only very soon after placing the order – ideally on the same day. However, this is only possible until you have received a shipping label notification email from us. Please email us as soon as possible at info@jaimiejacobs.com

  • Can the colour of the engraving be changed?

    No, unfortunately that is not possible. No ink is used for the engraving. The top layer of the leather is removed using a laser.   • Can the font or size be changed?

    No, we always use a standard font for all engravings. It is also not possible to use italics, bold or make any other adjustments. Of course, upper and lower case letters are possible.

  • How long does it take to deliver an engraved product?

    The processing time for wallets with a personalised engraving is usually 2–4 working days (Mon–Fri) in-house. According to DHL, delivery within Germany then takes approximately 1–3 working days.
