I forgot to enter my discount code. Can it still be applied?

If you forgot to redeem your discount or voucher code when placing your order, we may be able to make an exception. If the order was placed relatively recently, we may still be able to redeem the code retrospectively and refund the amount. To do so, simply send us an email with your order number and the discount code.
