We have already handed your parcel over to DHL. Sometimes DHL takes a little while to update the status. However, the status should be updated within the next few days.
Nevertheless, we will submit a delivery time complaint to DHL regarding your parcel in order to expedite delivery or onward transport as much as possible. If the parcel status does not update within the next 2–3 working days, please contact us again so that we can take further action.
