Please check the address provided in the order and let us know the correct address.
Please ensure that the recipient’s name is clearly displayed on the doorbell and the letterbox.
If the parcel is to be sent to a company, please ensure you provide the company name and the name of a contact person.
For deliveries to a "Packstation" or "DHL Shop/Filiale", you must provide your personal "Postnummer" and the number of the collection point. Please note that the "Postnummer" must match your name and email address as registered with DHL.
